Cranberry Sweet and Sour relish








1/2 t horseradish

1/4 cup lemon juice

3/4 cup sugar

1 medium orange that has been cut into 1/2" pieces (smaller is better)

2 cups cranberries chopped in 1/4" pieces


Place in refrigerator for at least 1 day to blend.

Serve cold
